Last week Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced that yet another new Covid-19 mutation has been discovered in the UK as Downing Street orders many more areas of England to go into Tier 4 lockdown from Boxing Day with tougher new Covid-19 restrictions for many as the mutated strains continue to spread throughout the South East.
