Frustrated after months of being unable to sell his family home because of the current economic climate, Graham and wife Pamela from Cromwell Avenue in Bromley have set up a website (www.prizeproperty.co.uk) so that people can view the property and purchase tickets for the competition at £30.00 each, people will have to answer three questions about Bromley to enter. The competition which is due to start this week will run until June 26 2012..Mr King needs to sell 25.000 tickets for the prize draw to go ahead. If few than 23,400 tickets are sold a cash prize will be given to the winner instead.
