Despite the chilly outlook and lows of -3c today, members of the public go out along the seafront at Brighton, East Sussex on England’s 2nd day of unlock-down as Pubs, bars, restaurants, stores and hairdressers continue to welcome customers. Last week, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that non-essential shop, restaurants with outside seating, hairdressers and gyms can reopen from yesterday after 4 months of Covid-19 lockdowns.
