The river Wye bursts it’s banks at Builth Wells in Powys, Wales, UK. after heavy rainfall yesterday and last night, causing the A483 road to be closed and traffic diverted. The river level broke the all-time high (5.05 m) at 08.30hrs this morning at Builth Wells.
