Gabby (Gabrielle) and Florian Kuehn with Vinnie the dog, in front of a supporters bus as they arrived outside the Mayor’s and City of London court in London on 20th February 2017. An appeal hearing at the High Court has been brought by the Kuehn's against the blanket no pet policy clause in the leasehold agreement issued by their property management company, Victory Place. The appeal follows a previous hearing at the Mayor’s and City of London magistrates court held in February 2017 when Victory Place Management Company brought and won an action to evict the couples dog, Vinnie, a Maltese-Yorkshire terrier cross. The Kuehn’s have appealed against the original judgement and are challenging the legality of blanket no pet policies in leasehold contracts. Victory Place Management Company have lodged a counter appeal. Photo credit: Vickie Flores/LNP
