Boris Johnson, Prime Minister, has given a speech in Greenwich calling for a Canada-style free trade deal between the UK and European Union. In the EU-Canada deal import tariffs on most goods have been eliminated between the two countries, but some customs and VAT checks still exist. Currency markets have seen a fall in sterling in reaction to the speech. Photo credit: Stephen Chung/LNP
