Also known as 'Tour Paris 13', this derelict apartment block in Paris has been transformed into a housing project and a giant blank canvas for over 100 international street artists. 'Paris 13 Tower' is spread over nine floors and covers over 4,500 square meters of ground space in 36 apartments.
